Open to all Girls, but do realize there is a physical element involved so athletic experience is highly recommended
Will include Catholic faith elements, however open to girls of all faiths as long as hey understand we will be discussing the integration of faith and sport
Other topics: Femininity, Mental Toughness, Identity
If you are under 18 your parent will need to sign you up
Consent forms will be emailed out and need to be signed by clinic
Wear comfortable clothes to workout in and sneakers
Bring: Water and Snack if need
