Samantha Kelley

Founder and President, Vice Chairman

Samantha is the Founder and current President of FIERCE Athlete Inc. She played Division 1 Soccer at UConn, and is currently involved in competitive rowing. She has spent the last 6 years working for Catholic nonprofits and outreaching to female athletes. She recently graduated with a Masters in Catholic Psychology and is currently pursuing Certification in Theology of the Body. It was actually through the teachings of Theology of the Body and the Catholic Church that she has discovered what it means to be both feminine and athletic. These teachings have the power to heal and through FIERCE Athlete she desires to share those truths with female athletes across the world.

Angela Telthorst

Board Chairman
Senior Partner, Mission Advancement Partners

Angela was a member of the Washington University 2000 Division III undefeated National Championship Women’s Basketball Team. She worked with Catholic non-profits for 15 years, which inspired her to co-found the Mission Advancement Partners. Her personal journey and experiences accompanying thousands of women convicted her that a woman will live in survival mode unless she is rooted in the truth of her deepest identity. In response to this crisis, she has joined the Art of Being a Woman Project, whose mission it is to rebuild the woman from within and serve, equip, empower and inspire her to begin the journey of internal transformation. Angela believes FIERCE will revolutionize female athletics.  As women become rooted in their deepest identity and thrive, the comprehensive integration of mind, body, soul and spirit will be fully manifested in and through our bodies.

Megan Mastroianni

Associate Director of Anthem Philly, Archdiocese of Philadelphia

Megan was a very active dancer growing up. She did 6 different types of dance for 16 years, 5 of which she danced competitively all over the east coast.  Currently, she dabbles with running, cycling, barre, Insanity, and has started to take dance at a studio in downtown Philadelphia. Megan has been a national speaker for 6 years now, and is passionate about speaking to women about the lies they face regarding who they are, body and soul, and the real truth of who they are.  She has been transformed through the teachings of the Theology of the Body, and it has ignited her desire to do women's ministry.

Emma Moran

Operations Lead, Sprintwell; Co-President, Catholic Women in Business

Emma is the cofounder and Co-President of Catholic Women in Business and has 13+ years experience in design and marketing. She was the director of a marketing and communications department at a Catholic high school before starting her own marketing consulting business and joining Sprintwell. Emma grew up in southern California, immersed in a family life and culture that revolved around sports. She played varsity basketball before shifting her long term plans due to injury. She continued to compete in athletics through undergrad and grad school and is currently navigating a new sense of identity and adventure as a full-time working mother of two. She is passionate about women's personal and spiritual development and wishes FIERCE existed earlier to help guide and transform her own journey as a female athlete.

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis is passionate about helping women understand their dignity and authentic femininity. She has been mentoring young women for over 8 years as a Chapter Coordinator for LeadersNow International and more recently coaching female athletes as a high school basketball coach and assistant rowing coach for breast cancer survivors.   She is the mother of two children one of whom plays Division III women’s lacrosse.  She was on the novice crew team in college and is currently rowing in the spring and summer in the DC area.  She has over 16 years experience working for non-profits in marketing, development, event management and community relations.  FIERCE Athlete Inc., with the Holy Spirit’s guidance, will not only transform the landscape of female athletics but of our entire society as women offer themselves as a gift--mind, body and soul.
